ZPI AFRICA CONSULTANTS (PTY) LTD
ZPI AFRICA CONSULTANTS (PTY) LTD has been registered in South Africa since September 2003 as ZPI Africa Project Management. The name was later changed to ZPI Africa Consultants (Pty) Ltd in April 2016 and we have been actively practicing during that time mainly as consultants where we have been carrying out all the normal Quantity Surveying duties appertaining building, mechanical and electrical services on major building projects.
Our Story
Since 2003
- ZPI AFRICA CONSULTANTS (Pty) Ltd and its associates have the expertise, manpower, backup facilities and access to expert advice required for the successful implementation of projects.
- ZPI AFRICA is a Quantity Surveying and Project Management Practice in Southern Africa and has plans to expand and open more offices in all major centers in the region. Current companies include:

Mr. K.H. Zizhou
Mr. K.H. Zizhou is a Director of ZPI AFRICA CONSULTANTS (PTY) LTD, a consulting quantity surveying and project management practice in Johannesburg, Gaborone, Windhoek & Harare. After completion of studies in South Africa in 1990, I worked for a contractor as a site based graduate quantity surveyor /contract administrator for one year. In 1995 I joined Farrow Laing and Partners as a quantity surveyor in Johannesburg, South Africa. I worked on various projects including office blocks and schools. From 1996 to February 2001 I worked as a Quantity Surveyor/Office Manager for CCMI Botswana. I then joined DRPS quantity surveyors in Johannesburg where I worked as a professional quantity surveyor until November 2004.
